The wait time to pull the car out was excessive. I received vehicle pickup notification for at least 1 hour prior to paying the cashier. Actual wait time for car to pull up exceeded 20 minutes.

When I took the car in, the "maintenance required " light was on. It was never addressed. Alex's service was very good. He checked our tires to see if we needed to have them rotated. He was courteous when he wote up the order. I took it for granted that someone would tell me why the light was on.
