I made an appointment however when I got there she told me that it would take 4 hours to rotate the tires and inspect fluids. That is not reasonable but I don't see this as Elizabeth's fault. She was telling me how the schedule is. Needless to say I could not wait for 4 hours. I decided to postpone the service for another day.
