David'service is excellent. He is awesome. Nothing about him. But waiting time is ****. My car was in the shop for almost 6 hours just for a regular toyota care. Previously just 2-3hrs. It made me very inconvenient and ran late to my work. I can't go to my laundry on time so all my clothes have been stolen. All these hassles happened just because longo toyota can't finish service efficiency.
