I should have been told putting windshield wipers would take another hour. I also should have been told the rep I was working with was done for the day and someone else was taking over. Lastly I made an appointment for 1:00pm. I showed up early and it took 4 hours till I was able to leave. This seems way to long especially since I was told I would be done in less than 3 hours.
