As I pulled in, I noticed employees standing around making Jokes with each other when it was not busy, I was directed to the wrong lane, and had to wait over 5 minutes until someone acutely came to help me, this was my first experience with your service department, I even mentioned this to my sales person how it looked unprofessional, any questions please feel free to contact me

After going back to see why a part fell of the undercarriage I was told that there was nothing they did so they did nothing to remedy the issue. It fell off after the service so the inspection was not very good. My opinion is why would you allow something like this to happen before it becomes an issue. Bumper to bumper warranty and this is the best service I get??? Thanks I'll take my business elsewhere. Good try but fail Longo
