I was told the car would be ready around 12:30pm but I didn't receive my car until 2:30pm. I don't mind that it took longer but would have liked the estimate time to be more accurate. Perhaps you can give a more generous estimate to factor in any delays. I would have kept my rental car and picked up my car the next day if I knew it was going to take that long,
David provided exceptional customer service. My comments have nothing to do with the excellent service he provided. This was my first service at Longo. Previously I worked for Toyota in Torrance for 16 years and had my car serviced at the garage on campus. I was VERY impressed with your operation, the layout and assembly line, and the ease of renting a car & returning. I was very delighted to see so much of Toyota & its kaizen philosophy at your dealership. Bravo.
