Service advisor Andrew Villanue suggested to replace my car rear break pad. Actually I did it my last visit. So I am confused what he advised me to do the other things. I thought he tried to sell things without knowledge. That was very disappointed visit to Longo Toyota.

Daniel was very helpful and explained the service to be performed. I was able to use coupons which was a bonus. There are a couple of issues which we discussed and I explained they were to be handled thru insurance and at a later date. He understood and there was no pressure-very much appreciated on my part.
