Alex was great. The communications regarding the service was totally unacceptable. Told at the last minute that extra repairs were needed (10 minutes before car was to be completed). Next communication indicated car would not be ready for 6 more hours. Other dealerships have more than just cold coffee and poor cookies. Really Longo - you can do much better.

Service was required on my battery terminals which were reported by the technician but the service was not done and I was charge for the service. I contacted Biagio Longo and he immediately took care of the problem and apologize for the service not being done originally . On a couple of occasions Biagio has had to take my car back to have things done that were not taken care of by the service technicians. If it was not for his great service and excellent customer care I would probably go to the local Toyota dealer by my house 2 miles away.
