I did have to wait 30min to get my car after Kirk said it was ready which was odd. THe cashier never got my paperworkc so my name was never called. I had to ask twice where my car was. Not a big deal. KIrk already called today to remind me to fill out the survey I will be getting via email

I went in to have my tire fixed because a rock punctured it. My car was around 14.2 thousand miles and a service representative offered to complete my 15k mile service. My car was taken from me at 11am and returned to me at 4pm with a ~1ft crack on the drivers side windshield that was not there before. I am shocked, disappointed, and angry.
