I'm usually pleased with the service here, but this visit was not as usual. Daniel warned me about two of my tires was under two inches and had to wait for a future visit to get it done there. For some reason your expert technician decided to rotate the tires regardless of the situation. They put the tires that where in low condition on the front putting me in higher risk. With the tires on the front it would put me on a disadvantage of having control of my vehicle if something was to accur before I get the tires done on my next visit. I feel as if they where careless of what may happen even though they warned me. I'm unhappy as I drive in every trip I make knowing that I might loose control if something was to happen. Hope your technicians realize that making a simple logical judgment can prevent things, thank you.

I need to bring back in my car. When the seats were installed they didn't bring through one of the seatbelt latches so I can't have anyone sit in that spot since they can't buckle. I just can't reach it to pull it through.
Other than that the leather does look nice minus a few spots where it looks like there is adhesive spots. Hopefully that will wear off.

Albert Lopez went above and beyond the call of duty. The tow truck driver left some greasy fingers prints on the driver side door. Albert cleaned it. He also took care of the problem with my truck. He's awesome !!!
