Vehicle promised between 12:00 to 12:30. Let agent know I had to leave by 12:30. Agreed. Car was not ready till 1:10. Price was incorrect. Car returned damaged. Provided rental during fixing. Did not leave till almost 3:00. Missed two important appointments
