The time from the text about service being completed and getting my car was longer than 30 minutes, too long. After handing the paperwork to the young man to bring my car to me , I was told they were looking for the car, as if it was misplaced some where on the lot. When I got home, I noticed that whoever serviced my car messed with the radio. The station it was tuned to when it was turned on was not one we listen to, and the bass and treble was adjusted to make it sound tinny like an old radio. Radios should never be altered and changed. I expect better from Longo Toyota.
