I am a little dissapointed that Longo did not suggest maintanace discount program as the Toyota dealer in Long Beach did. But all in all I will come back to Longo

I have a scheduled recall replacement service on July 17. I arrived at the scheduled appt. After over an hour waiting I ended being told that the replacement part is not in stock and was informed that I will get a call for recall service in 2 weeks. You just mess up my day. You have not provided any service.
