It took over four hours for the maintenance to get done with my car. Given that I had to wait nearby, since my home is out of the service shuttle area (and it seemed the service shuttles weren't in service anyway) it was a long wait. I always appreciate the food and general comforts Longo offers, but 4 hours is still an incredibly long wait time. Had I known it would have been that long, I might have had another ride planned to take me home.

First, the guy Martin who atttended and checked my car in for the first free service was not helpful and was quite arragon towards my concern with a small scratch that was caused by his carelessness when removing and dropping the service topper from my car. However, I do appreciate the concierge service that arranged my concern could be heard by the service manager Robert. Secondly, I had to take another trip back in the same day to have the Low Tire Presure alert reset correctly by the technician right after picked up my car from the service.
