Although Kirk was polite he and I were rushed by the people behind us. Therefore I didn't feel I had time to communicate my concerns to him. I brought my car in for the 35,000 mile serivice it took a total of 5.5 hours. This seams excessive as I was told it would take 2. And the service didn't even require changing the oil. I had an hour and a half of travel time on top of the service time. I had left my self extra time but I was almost late for work due to the under estimated time frame.
