I was initially told my service would take about an hour long like my previous service. Then I was told it would take over 3 hours which will not work for me because of other personal commitments after waiting 10-15 minutes for someone to greet me and check me in while I saw other customers arriving afterwards get checked in. . I said cancel the service. It took another 30 minutes to get my truck back. Horrible service. The person that checked me in was terrible, she needs training in customer service. Did not apologize or said anything to mitigate the problem.

I don't know why my husband had to pay $600 for an oil change and to pull out a nail in his car yesterday and I all of those were for free. Yesterday I had a tight schedule at work so I told my husband to go there himself because there's a lot of employes that can speak Chinese. They called me and informed me that there was a boil in one of the tire so they'll pull it out for free but then my husband came back paying $600 for changing the oil and pulling the nail out of the tire. That's just ridiculous!

I feel after that a car wash would have been something that is automatically done once you get a car serviced at Longo at least that used to be the case . I wish my car would have been washed prior to pick up????

Joseph was very professional and easy to work with. He handles and answered all questions very politely and straight to the point. He explains in details everything the customer needs to know and be aware of. Joseph was the only service manager who provided and listed the details of the service I will be receiving and my next, future services to come. It made me feel that he has a plan and truly cares about of my car. Joseph offered optional and recommended services, but never made me feel pressured to accept it. In other words, he was not selling it to me, but just letting me know in a very respectful and polite manner. That is how service managers should speak to customers. Its inportant to understand that customers like me are not here to buy service, but we're here because we need to take care of our vehicles.
