I spent 5 hours waiting for my car to get brakes and oil change. Eddie called to give and update on the breaks but never told me I needed tires? If it wasn't for the paperwork I wouldn't have known. Also car was not vacuumed? I've been to other dealerships and they always wash/vacuum the car.
