All other places that do oil changes on cars fill up the window washer reserve and brake fluid at no extra charge. From now on i will be taking my car for maintenance elsewhere.

My car was returned to me with unacceptable personal changes. The radio station had been changed and was playing rap music at a higher volume than I listen to music & I don't listen to rap at all. I had a CD in my player that was on a different song than I had left it as I turned off the stereo when I brought my car in for service. My seat had been adjusted for someone else and I still haven't found the right position I had it in. I don't care if your 7 feet tall, don't adjust my seat back in length and in tilt. I've had back surgery and this was painful to get into and readjust. My a/c had also been changed from the temp. I like it at and the vents adjusted to someone else's liking. The lack of respect for myself and my vehicle in this manner has left me feeling violated. What else was touched, searched and looked at while my car was supposed to be in professional hands. I question the standards and morales of your company and crew. Due to this lack of respect and trust I feel that any service performed on my car in the future will be an issue.

Was not aware that I had to make different appointment for other problem on vehicle. Comment section was filled out at time of primary online appointment with concern of the vehicle,but was not noticed at time of arrival till I mentioned it. Perhaps it doesn't appear on the service representative screen ? Other than what I explained everything else was fine.
