As a loyal Toyota customer I feel that although I have taken initiative to to be a responsible car owner by purchasing an extended warranty, Toyota (Extra Care, Dealer technicians, etc. have failed in their commitment to their customers. I do not feel that it is appropriate to have the customer be the messanger in communicating reasons for assessments etc. I also do not think it is fair to keep having customers return for the same issue 4-5 times before they approve to replace a malfunctioning part. This is unfair treatment for those who have paid in advance for extended care. Toyota is not being mindful or considerate of the customer's lost time away from work or other commitments to attend to the same issue when it could have been fixed the first time. I purchased a certified used vehicle for the same reason, I wanted to rest assured that the vehicle I was purchasing was well maintained and I wouldn't have to face issues unnecessarily especially not within a few months of purchase. If you review my vehicle's history you will see the number of times I have taken it in and it hadn't even been 1 year since I purchased it. I truly hope there is something that can be done to change this otherwise your company will lose business. This is not acceptable, all of you sub-divisions should work together to fix the issues and provide the customer with quality service and not have then go back and forth unnecessarily by conducting quick fixes that ultimately result in a waste of time. Toyota's commitment to transparency is obviously absent in their current vision.

1) the car/shuttle that was suppose to pick me up at 4pm and take me to toyota never came. 30 mins on hold later I found out the appointment was never made. Toyota dropped the ball.
2) the car was done over 2 hrs later than the estimated time. No call or text was provided to inform me of the delay.
