My appointment was at 7:30am and I arrived on time. The service rep said car will be done in 1.5-2 hours. Did not leave the dealership until 10:30am and was late to my doctor's appointment. Had to call the service rep a few times to ask about car.

There were a number of occasions when recommendations by attendant technicians appears to raise question relevant to accuracy. I happen to have it checked by my cousin one time who works with service dept for another dealership of different auto mfg company resulted negating the job required.
