A tool was left under the hood/engine bay. I assume it was left there by the technician who worked on the vehicle. I am sure it was not intensional. Fortunately after a thorough check by a valet and myself, we were able to locate the tool. However if we did not find the tool, dangerous effects could have taken place. For example, expensive and big damages to engine or any components. If I had driven the vehicle, while the tool was in the engine bay, it could have caused an accident or great bodily injury. With that being said Daniel was a great help very knowledgeable and great customer service.
