I was waiting for him or his coverage to show me what you guys did in the car at 104 F, for 15 minutes and no body showed up. There was no person to person contact . All by telephone only. How would I know what you replace is necessary or not? There was no explanation. Only threat I got from you guys. Very disappointing experience.

The only one thing i was not to happy about was that eventhough they put a paper mat on the driver side, they left a dirty foot print on the carpet, and my carpet is light beige. Other than that ebetything else was great.

I waited 20 min and no service advisor helped me. I recorded what all the advisors. My appt was at 3.30 on last Thursday. I arrived at 3.37pm. One of the advisors helped me at 3.56pm. The reason he asked to help me was he said he was i was walking around recording them. Also because i was late i dont believe one of my services was done. Wasted ny time. I have to bring my car back again. I have the recording. Your people were bnot working. I waited and watched t for 20 mins. I will write a formal complain and attach the recoding to longo management.
Also i complained 3 weeks ago about your charging station. Have anyone taken the actions to discipline or. Correct the situation? Yout sales man for old cars abused their power. They park their non electric cars and the car pending sales at the ev charging stations. I asked if someone can remove the car so i can charge. They didnt care and acted clueless yet. Again i waited and observed it was your salesman.
