I like the way he treats me and also how fast he handle the service and how he did the best for the car being fixed sending the claim for repair and obtaining and approval fast. Also he honestly told me better get a rental because he wasn't really sure about how long the process is going to take. Awesome job

Great service! Far better than expected! We made the call with apprenticing having received the runaround from other (non Toyota) dealers. Every contact was gracious and courteous. It seemed like they really cared. The original repair estimate was reasonable so we went with it. Then you included towing (wow!). Kept us abreast of the repairs with regular updates via phone and text (wow!). Gave the car a thorough cleaning. (Looks great!) Tried hard to beat the originally estimated time and did reduce the cost by almost 20% of the original estimate. Super WOW! Thank you! The only (minor) thing that we couldn't really understand is why we couldn't get you change the preferred phone number even though my wife asked several times. Despite that, we were very satisfied with the service!

5 hours for a 40,000 mile service and front breaks is insane! The two time frames I was given were both low. First one was off by 15 minutes 16.5%. The second was off by 100%!!! Add to when I got my car there were black grease hand prints on both exterior front door panels. AND my car was just washed and waxed 2 days earlier. Then to add the final insult the makeshift waiting areas is horrid. Noisy and no food (5 hours is a long time and I had planned to have breakfast at Subway!!!) Longo is batting about 60% on how my service appointments go. The next strike out, will be the very last time I see Longo. I could go on but that will just raise my blood pressure more than your company has already raised it for one day!
