Very disappointed for the fact that I could have longo replaced the passenger side on the extended warranty but your service personnel ask me to hold off u till the passenger side is damage. They should have replaced it back then. I will never ever come back to longo. I will tell everyone that I know. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Then again I don't think anyone would read this.

I made an appointment and after speaking with the service specialist I was advised of a more than 3 hour wait. Too too long of a wait. What good is it to schedule an appointment if you have to wait that long. I have another vehicle I scheduled for 3 hours later the same day. Didn't take that vehicle in either. Same reason what's the point in scheduling an appointment

Appointment was at 3:30pm and estimated to complete at 5:30 pm but actual completion time was 7:30pm. There was no update about the delay and repeated inquiry at the service desk/cashier desk did not help either. They wee not able to provide any status update. They were not Abel to get hold of anyone assigned to the vehicle.
