Your service dept is Great, Mathew Mccarthy gives me all the information I need prior to making a decision , i purchase 5 new tires, aliment, balance, change my oil and filter,nsw front brakes, but your collision dept needs Help, I zpome to George, he serviced my fruck, but he neglected to pill in my feR camera, He said it would 7 weeks to make a return appt, i stated i want a written bill regarding this issus, then he said , this wS a acter market camera and maybe was not working ahen i brought the truck in for servise , Not True, Mr. MCCarthy, drlve my truck ovdr to tbe collision dept and stated to me Yes, it wzs working when he drove tne truck to tbe collision dept.So Toyota needs to repair it or give me a new on. Please call me at ****-****-xxxx,and also on sat i went to purchase a camry and the salez dep could not help me, so I m going to long beach toyota on 7/4 to purchase my new vechicle, due to your sales dept not avail for there customers, I recently purchased a Kia for my daughter.
