Alec told me that he was going to make sure my truck gets washed after my service. I came in around noon. Once I pick up my car four hours later, I ask the porter why the truck wasn't washed. He said the car wash was down. When I spoke to Alec around 3:00pm why didn't he mention this to me? Car washes not working happens but the lack of communication on alecs part when letting me know my car is ready without mentioning that he wasn't able to run my car through the wash was just straight disrespectful and I expected more from my service writer. If he would've told me I wouldn't have been so angry! I would've been prepared to see my truck the same way I brought it in but I was genuinely very surprised. Alec needs to have some integrity and communicate with his clients. I bought three cars at longo the last four years. I only come to longo Toyota I am loyal to longo so this was a very bad experience.
