Because of renovations you closed Subway and Starbucks. While I appreciate you serving coffee and water, trapping customers for hours without decent food is beyond my understanding.
The food truck served only unhealthy food. A lot of people like fresh healthy food. How hard is it to sell apples, oranges or bananas?
I'm sure there are better choices out there. Please do more research in future. I am very disappointed, and I'm considering taking my car to Pasadena Toyota in future.

Why does one has to wait so long to pick up their car after their bill has been paid. After 20 minutes seeing a lot of people left and I'm still waiting, I had check in again acquiring about my car, I was told it's coming, waited another 15 minutes still no car and I have to ask about my car again. Worse of all the person in charge of people check in can't even remember me when I had already asked about my car. I feel like if I didn't ask again I would be still sitting there waiting for my car. Maybe when people check in you should put a time on it that way you know that this person has been waiting for s long and not being missed.
