I took my car in for a 10k service and while talking to the service manager, he quoted me for just the synthetic oil change and free tire rotation. my expected wait time was supposed to be 2.5 hours. 4 hours later, i end up walking away with just an oil change and no tire rotation and a dirty car with water stains everywhere due to the car wash machine breaking down. now, i'll need to schedule somewhere else for my tire rotation when i could've gotten it all done at once. service here takes longer than other places even with reservation and i'm not happy with what i paid for. i also need to clean my car again due to the water stains that this service left me with.

I have had my vehicle serviced here ever since I purchased it 2012. EVERY TIME I ask for a car wash with my service, the rep says sure no problem and EVERY TIME I get it, it's not washed. With an appointment and 6 hours later
. My representative was nice and I felt he did his part uncertain who continues to drop the ball. It's something so simple. Either way it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I always tell myself I literally have to accept your inefficiency. I have never left a review for any of my services in kind not to be negative but today just broke the camel's back. Please follow up on your multi million dollar business and GET IT RIGHT with the little things.
