My experience at Longo Toyota was fantastic with the best customer service I have ever had. Gregg Morgan was an exceptional employee and I hope he is recognized for his great attitude and clear understanding of the entire process of leavings one car.

My car was brought out with a long piece of plastic trim from the roof flailing all over the place. When I asked what happened the delivery guy said "I dont know" and walked away. I snapped the trim back in myself. Otherwise everything was great.

I came to Longo Toyota with an operable car for 5K service and left Longo Toyota with a defected and unoperable car with the brake malfunction light on. Longo Toyota is known for high customer service satisfaction rating and nothing less, however, what I experienced was simply the opposite. The customer service rep stated that I declined to the service which he recommended, that's far from the truth.

Vince was great- he answered all my questions, explained the recommended services, and was friendly, respectful, and professional. I explained to him, when he wondered why I drove all the way to Longo instead of a dealer closer by, that experiences with the sales (with Mr. Fred Williams,) and service at Longo has ALWAYS been so great (even though it is very good at other dealerships I have been to,) that I prefer to take the drive from Inland Empire, to Longo.
