Took the car in only for inspection, which is the fourth free service that come with the new car. My appt was 9:45am and I waited until 1:00pm and the car still wasn't done. Then the cashier called the service rep and she said it will be ready in 5-10 min, then 5 min later she called me and said it will be another hour. Because it's a free service and no money to be made so you company rule is just let these people wait? It's just an inspection and probably took the technician 10 min to do since my car only has 8000 mi on it. You company said if I don't do the inspection then the last free oil change will not be available. So I. Some in and you will let me wait 4-5 hrs for a 10 min job. I couldn't wait any longer so I have to take my car and leave. The rep didn't apologize or anything. It seems this kind of thing happened quite often. Who cares if you are biggest dealership in the world. Your service and management are one of the worst. I bought two cars from this company and I will not coming back again!

I was given an appointment, yet after waiting a couple hours I was informed that the part was not available. Half of my day wasted and I still need to return to resolve my problem. I should not have been given the appointment if the part was not available.

Take too long to just chage oil. If not because I lease the car I rather go change oil out side for cheaper and faster service.

I put down a specific instruction before I dropped off my car and the advisor promised me he would let the mechanic knew that before working on my car, but once I got back my car, I realized the advisor didn't keep the promise and this wasn't the first time happened at Longo Toyota which making me very dissatisfied about your service.
