I decided not to get my truck serviced at longo. I previously purchased a service package which is no longer available. I am making other arrangements to have my vehicles serviced somewhere else at a more affordable price. Thank you.

I made an appointment on 06/25/2017 at 11:30 am for my first 5,000 mile oil change service. When I arrived it was told they'll take my car in but it won't be worked on till 4:00 pm. I don't see the point of making an appointment if my car will be worked on 5 hour later. Already upset I agreed to it hoping to get a shuttle service either home or to a near by restaurant because Subway is under construction. Turns out there's not shuttle service on Sunday. Strike #2. Pissed, I wait hoping there's a lunch truck. Nope! Strike #3. Pissed and starving I finally get my car at 3:30 pm. The following day I find out no one reset the maintenance requirement indicator forcing me to drive back to have it reset. Strike #4. All this on my first experience at Toyota's car service.
And NO! An apology will not make up for the 4 hours I lost starving at your facility for a simple tire rotation. I didn't even get an oil change. Strike #5.

I had to wait 5hours for my car service. Always approximate of 2hrs the most
If client makes an appointment we shouldnt wait 5hrs bcuz longo toyota is short on technicians....at least give a phone call to advise client..maybe we want to reschedule appointment instead of waitting over 5hrs there.
