I was very upset cuz simple reversed belt knuckle was NOT fix afer waited 4 1/2 hrs. Then Ray took my car, return and fixed in 10 minutes. I couldn't believe it. A 10 minutes job and I waited 4 1/2 hrs. BUT Roy Wu put out "the fire" by offering a free "minor" service.

i was told my car will be washed. but it was not when i first picked up my car. Then the guy drove my car back to wash it... but it was still very dirty after... only my car was wet without dry and without clean up when i picked up my car again after 10 minutes.
