I waited 45 minutes to have someone check me in. The oil change was supposed to be completed in 2 hours. After 2 hours and 10 minutes, Roy called me to tell me the truck was done and the paperwork would be another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, I asked the girl at the desk to check on it. She called Roy, he still hadn't sent it over. After 5 more minutes, he finally sent it and it took about 10 minutes to finally get the truck brought up. I was there from 11am until 2:30. Never again.

The service was fine, but the wait time was long! Even though I had an appointment, I waited in my car 25 minutes before you greeted me! I was promised my car by 2:00 pm, but did not receive the car until 3:00pm. Today's service was not up to your normal standards.
