I had an unexpected issue that required me to have the repair finished within 2 hours. Ryan told me he would do his best, and it was ready in 1 hr. 15 min! HOORAY, RYAN!!! I'm truly grateful.

Ryan was great. The tech guys not so much. My appointment was for 10:30 AM. After doing the paperwork, Ryan gave an expected time of 2:00 PM for completion. At 2:02 PM I got a call that said the car would be ready in 30 minutes; a half hour after the expected time. Ryan mentioned that the tech said the AC filter needed to be changed. My paperwork said that the tech's had changed it at the last service (60,000 mile service). So now I'm wondering what else hasn't been done. Ryan said he changed the filter himself to save me some time. At 2:45 PM I was finally called to the service counter for checkout. So basically I waited four hours for the techs to do the 65,000 mile service, which is basically inspections and refill fluids.
