I was a bit confused by the original estimate of 1.5 hours to complete the check up when it was initially scheduled and the extension to 3 hours upon arrival. I do understand that you were perhaps busier than expected and completely understood - things happen with all busimesses so the stretch to a 3-hour estimate was fine with me. However, after a shuttle was scheduled and delivered me home, I was told my car would be ready in the original one and a half hour time slot. The shuttle driver had just left my home and could not be scheduled for another 2 hours. I am not sure how the "wait" estimates are determined but perhaps there is a way to tighten them a bit. All in all, great service with very friendly folks, especially Melissa, and I look forward to working with you again at the prescribed time.
