I have been a loyal Longo customer since 1997.
I ask for Bruce whenever possible because he always provides excellent service.
He is a true example of what makes Longo great.

Mr. Evangelists gave me outstanding service by explaining the work that was going to be done on my car. He also explained that I should have taken my vehicle months earlier because I missed the service deadline date and I would have to pay a fee or go for the 30000 mile check up now and my car only has 11509 miles. He talked to his manager and it was reduced to a $5.00 fee. I told him I had called a couple of times and I was told it was not due yet. The only reason I took my car in this time is because I received a letter telling me the service was overdue. Mr. Evangelists was very thorough. I appreciate that he was very helpful in getting my car back to me in a timely fashion.

The service advisor Johnson Wu needs to learn how to listen to the client's concerns when they are being advised to him. I asked him to please ensure that my car would get washed prior to driving it out, and he immediately came up with the response oh if you are not satisfied you can let the valet guy know so they can re- wash it, and his volume and tone in voice sounded loud and demanding. All I was asking him to please ensure my car was washed prior to driving it out to me, not for him to give attitude, because he has work thanks to us the customers who take our cars to your dealership to get service. But with that attitude clients feel ignored.

I went in to have fealty airbags changed out. One of the mancanics explained while replacement, they unintentionally broke something in the car. It was also replaced. Overall good service, good customer service,, but need better coffee; too bitter the last two times.
