It took almost 4 hours to get my car serviced. They said i could take a shuttle back home but it was 1.5 hour wait. I had to wait there for 4 hours and there were no starbucks, no subway, everything was under construction and i didn't see any vending machines. After waiting 4 hours, they didn't even wash my car like they sometimes do and when they finally called me to the service chasiers desk to finish signing everything since my car was finished, they took about 30 minutes to just pull my car up. All i went in for was a regularly scheduled maintenance, nothing was broken or had to be fixed.i thought i would get better service considering my family has boughten over 8 cars there.
