They didn't give me a good and complete inspection ,my scion still has a noise in the breaks .I went there because I trust on your people to do a good job , I came out with the same noise the guy told me it was my fault then the receptionist lost my paper work I told her I need to get something from my car she ask me for the paper work and when I come back for them she told me I don't have them . She said I accidentally give them to another client with no option for me and finally when I went to pay the cashier she was talking and being very friendly and with big smiles that everything was good and her inspection was good and her car was ready to go and the recall was complete and she told the client don't worry about the recall we already fix it . funny thing I got the same recall letter too and she didn't treat me the same. Honestly I feel I was treated unfairly and I felt like I was a second class citizen. Over all BAD SERVICE.
