Only one small problem not of Mr. Chou' doing. While driving on the freeway I kept hearing a rattling sound. I noticed the hood of my car was shaking. The service people did not secure the hood of my car! Luckily the latch kept it from flying open while I was driving! No harm no foul. Tell them to be careful in the future.

After meeting with the cashier I was told that the vallet would have my car available. I offered my paperwork to the one working who said he didn't need to see it and the car would automatically be brought up. Later he began checking the papers of those after me, who received their car in little wait. After waiting 30 minutes I showed him my paperwork and he realized how long I was waiting. He asked one of them personally to look for my car which was "looked for" and "everyone kept skipping my car in the lot." It took 40-50 minutes to wait for vallet to bring my car. They offered to wash my car for 2 minutes to make up for the wait.
Samuel and the employees were good. I only had an inspection of my car and brakes that took 1.5 hours which us reasonable for a busy facility. But I would recommend not saying the wait time if it will be longer and better communication with employees regarding order to pick up cars. I'm not sure if I will return to Longo for future car maintenance.
