I took my car in to get a oil change and detail service and I ws informed my car was not due for an oil Chang so I skipped it for now so I got just The the best detail complete cleaning service done on my 2014 corolla for "159.00"took it here for the quality of cleaning I expected Toyota of longo to do a decent job it looked all great when I picked it up but as soon as I got home I started noticing little things I'm not one to complain but there were several issues including damage to my front bumper from a pressure washer too close to the paint and it's clearly they know they did it but I didn't know it was done till the next day , interior was dusty and was told the engine would be steam cleaned also but not even close I opened my hood at home and yes it was a mess they just put this shine stuff over the dirt and its mixed together it's just not professional they did do a good job cleaningthe carpets seats tires and trunk but I will never take my car back there again... I could of done a better bob myself for less then half the price I am not interested in bringing the car back to do another cleaning or service I'll find another Toyota dealer to do my future services on my vehicles

I think Longo is awesome and although it's far from my home, I think it's worth the drive! Alec was very nice and I appreciated that he assisted me with my license plate bulbs since I spent way more than I anticipated. Smart decisions like that make me feel that I am important, not just the money from my car.
