It would be nice if your staff at the vehicle pick up area could figure out the difference between a Corolla and a Matrix. I spent a very long time waiting for my Matrix. While I didn't express my great displeasure with the staff, I was hoping for better service at the end of my day.

I made an online appointment which did not register. I was still given an appointment slot but was still told that the wait would be close to six hours which seems excessive for an appointment. Melissa did not seem that knowledgeable and did not provide me with status updates like I usiuslly get. I called the number she gave me for a dtatus update and she did not pick up or call back. Another tech called me yo say car was ready. Car was finished 45 min earlier than told which is a plus I guess.
