1) My husband took the Tacoma in. He has asked the representative to call his iPhone when the work is done, not mine since he was staying at Longo until the job is done. However, his request was totally disregarded and the representative called me at home.
2) when the representative called me at home, he said that the car will be ready in 15 min and should report to the cashier. My husband was at the cashier in 15 min, 20min, 30 min... finally ask the cashier why they have not call his name yet.
The cashier started to call around, it gave my husband that Longo lost his car and nobody knows where it was. Took few more min and finally got my car back.
We had nothing but great experience at Longo up till now. However, this time as not one of them.
