When the car was ready to be picked up, it was not washed because your car washer is broken. Maybe it would be nice if the service advisor knew about it and told me in advance beforehand. Although, I'm pleased to be given a rain check at the pick up point for the wash.

Sorry I can't say the same about the tech that did my service. Was very disappointed. He didn't rotate my tires which let me uneasy and believe what didn't he do and was suppose to do. Don't like feeling that I can't trust the tech. I worked really hard to make this purchase and felt that I could build a relationship
with Longo. As A women who is not that knowledgeable in mechanics I thought I could trust the tech and Longo to take care of my car.
