Andrew was prepared, courteous and helped me get my car in for my appointment and scheduled service.
He made a follow up call and updated me on the progress of the service and that was service was complete.
I also used the courtesy shuttle for the first time and had a great experience.

Two and a half hours for an appointment oil change is way too long and it's worse without one. Longo used to do them in 29 minutes or less or the next one was free. Getting bigger does not mean you are doing things better or more efficiently. And turning your service guest list over to the sales department to be used as sales leads is not appreciated by any of the guests I have spoken to, including myself. We all know where the sales department is and may end up there when we are ready for a new car.

Sadly my wife and I left by mistake a book (signed by the author, Charles Stanley) titled "Surviving in an Angry World"... and could not locate it when we looked in the 4 vehicles we test drove. Kirk was not there. Roy Wu handled my work request. Said would be 3 1/2 to 4 hours. I waited. At 11 I got a text car on track. At 1:00 I went looking for Roy. Roy nor Kirk not there. Found out with help from cashier Christina, she was wonderful, that Roy was gone for the day, Kirk was off. No one was handling my ticket. It was then turned over to Jimmie who then checked on my car status. I took a car rental at 2:30 so I could get lunch and get things done. I had been at Longo since 7:38 in the morning. I was stuck in the twilight zone at Longo.

That's makes me feel so safe and happy with Second
Hand car So I didn't bargain the price.
But this car has a lot of problems after brought. First
