It would be great if when you advise a client that they will be called over the PA when the car is available that it is actually done. This is the second time I've waited over half an hour after being told the car was finished and I could pick it up after I was called to the cashier only to go in, wait in line, to find the paperwork sitting on the counter waiting for me.
