Daniel Tieu did an outstanding job in addressing my concerns with my 2014 Corolla. A mouse had died between the radiator and the fan and smelled horrible. My only problem is that I bought the certified used vehicle from you guys 2 months ago and already i have to buy a new battery and had to replace the positive cable, costing me 308 bucks. How is it that car passed a multi-point inspection and yet come with a faulty battery? And i even purchased the additional warranty plan amd didnt cover this.
