Matthew is an excellent service rep. He showed understanding with the various issues I was having with my 14 Prius. When I explained what was going on - he made sure by repeating the problems I was experiencing on the car. I found this to be very helpful because I could tell he was listening to me. Then as Matthew was checking me he had the fortitude to ask me if there was anything else. That shows me that he was not rushing to get me checked In then get me out of there. He as taking the time necessary to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And that I was and am! My hats off to Matthew and to Longo for having such a quality person on staff.
