After getting notification the car is ready for pick up. I got a ride from shuttle service and I showed up on the delivery counter just to be told the paperwork had not been there yet. It took another 45 minutes for the paperwork to be ready. When questioned about the delay she just said there was a mistake in the submission by the technician.

Disappointed in service manager Alex Ayala. I feel I did not receive the excellent level of care that he gave me in the past. I know I'm one of many but he used t be in top of things. This time was not good. I waited the agreed amount of time 3.5 hrs, when it got over that time I went looking for him. I could not find him but found my paperwork on his desk, I had other service reps page him and he did not respond for over 20 minutes leaving me sitting and frustrated, when I finally saw him he gave me nothing but excuses. This is not the Alex that was so accommodating in the past. It seems he changed when I stopped having expensive things done to my car, I only get maintenance now and do not get recommended things done because I find out that they are unnecessary things that need to be done. Now that I'm am not spending all that money I feel the service excellence he gave me in the past is gone. I don't even want to go to Longo any more. Thank u for listening.
