Me gustó mucho la manera en la que nos atendió y al saber que hablábamos en español inmediatamente nos habló en nuestro idioma, además cuando el auto estuvo listo inmediatamente me llamó para ir a recoger el auto, el cual estuvo antes del tiempo previsto, muy buena atención Gracias.

I have been a loyal costumer for about 3 years. However, this time around I was not pleased by my experience. As I receive my car, the passenger side door gave out a cracking sound, and every time I opened the door, a popping sound followed. I was concerned because that noise was not there before I dropped it off. There was a staff present and she asked if I wanted to see my advisor and I said yes. I was greated by Teddy and Scot Mcguiar. Scot did ALL the talking a and pretty much said it was not his problem and I should go to a Honda dealership to check it out( I purchased my honda and this location) My sister was present at the time and she asked for cooperates number and he replied he was a manager. Which I later find out he wasn't. They then gave me his card and a nomber in the back. He didn't bother to really inspect or anything. I called longo once I got home and was able to get a service appointment to check it out, which I am happy about. I am not please at all by Scot and if he did a quick check, he would have seen that the problem was the exterior. It seems as if my car was hit from the side and the fender and door were/are rubbing against each other.
