Kirk did a wonderful job as always I appreciate Longo accepting the coupons although I wish they would accept coupons from dealers more than 15 miles away since people commute much farther it is legitimate
I was not pleased with the fact that I had to add a lot of windshield wiper fluid immediately after the oil change
either the dealer is not checking all fluids like Jiffy Lube or any other dealer wood or they overlooked it
did not leave a good feeling of trust hard to recommend longo.,

Waiting for almost 2 hours to pick up my 1st time oil change on my new car, when I approached to pick up my key from valet parking guy, my right side passenger door have a lot of oil stain all over on my right door, I asked them to wash it out even I was late for my next appointment, so I have to another 25 mins . It was pleasure experience doing service with Longo, I'm think transfer my maintenance service to Auto Nation or Penske Toyota from now on.
